Terms and Conditions “WIN ONE YEAR OF FREE SHOPPING”



1. Organizer The organizer of the competition is Tally Weijl Trading AG, based in Basel, Switzerland, www.tally-weijl.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Participation Period The competition takes place from the 17.11, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

3. Conditions of Participation Anyone who makes a purchase of at least CHF/€ 60 (without returning the products) during the period mentioned above—whether online or in one of the Organizer’s stores—and is registered in the Organizer’s Bunny Club will automatically take part in the draw. A maximum of one participation per day is permitted.

4. Eligibility All natural persons aged 18 or older residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and France are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

5. Prize and Winner Selection One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The draw will take place at the 31.01.2026 (the refund of under the supervision of an independent person. The prize consists of a shopping credit of CHF 100 (or the equivalent in EUR) per month for a duration of 12 months (Febuary 2026–Febuary 2027). The credit will be added monthly to the customer account and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Applicable Law Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Organizer’s registered office, insofar as legally permissible.
