How much is postage & Packing

The cost of postage and packaging is 7 €.

Delivery is free on all orders 50 € and over. Click & Collect orders are free of charge.

Orders purchased by invoice can also be delivered to Click & Collect stores, free of charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

It generally takes 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Almost all orders confirmed Monday to Friday before 2pm are prepared and sent the same day day, taking no longer than 2 business days.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We only deliver to addresses in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland (Republic Of), Luxemburg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All TALLY WEiJL orders have their own tracking number: we strongly encourage you to check yours by simply clicking on the order tracking link in the e-mail sent to you, confirming your order has been dispatched.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

Yes, you can order items to different addresses. You can specify the alternative address during the order process.To amend the delivery address after placing an order, kindly contact our Customer Service. The new address must be an address in Switzerland. As we deliver to a specific place and not a specific person, please make sure that someone you trust is there to sign for and accept the delivery for you. You can also choose the Click & Collect delivery option (see below for more details).

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTY OR TAXES FOR MY ORDER?

No, there are no additional costs or customs fees.

I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TALLY ORDER – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you still haven't received your package after 5 days, please check the following options:

  • Track your order by clicking on the tracking number link in the dispatch confirmation e-mail sent to you.
  • Have a look in your mailbox to see if the postman has left a pick-up notification. Sometimes you might not be in when the postman stops by. This could mean that your TALLY order is waiting for you at your local delivery point or post office.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the delivery was given to them.

If you still haven't been able to locate your package, please contact our Customer Service, who will provide assistance in locating it.

CLICK & COLLECT - CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER AT A TALLY WEIJL STORE?

Yes, you can order your favorite items online and pick them up free of charge from selected TALLY WEiJL stores. This service is called Click & Collect (C&C). You can find all stores that offer this delivery option here. Once the order has been completed and the payment confirmed, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the tracking information. When collecting your package, please bring your ID and e-mail confirmation details. Without this information, we cannot give you your order.

You have 14 days to pick up your order in store. If you are unable to meet this deadline, your order will be sent back to our warehouse and the amount you paid will be credited back onto your account via the original method of payment. When picking up your order in store, you can try on the products and make exchanges or returns, if necessary. It is not possible to pay for your Click & Collect order in store.

Please note that orders purchased by invoice cannot be returned or exchanged in store- they can only be returned by post.

Order in Store - How does it work?

You saw an item in store, but you can't find your size? You found this one dress you really wanted, but it was sold out in store when you came back to buy it? No problem. With OIS, we can check if the article you want is available in our warehouse and have them shipped directly to your home or in store. Payment is easily done in store and orders arrive within 3-5 days, just like for an online order.

RETURNS

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return within 14 days of receipt, taking into account the following information.

Items wished to be returned must be sent back with all tags and bar codes intact. We won't accept worn, stained or destroyed items.

The free gifts that may have been included in your package are yours to keep, you don't have to return them.

TALLY WEiJL cares about our environment, so please help us by returning your items in their original package. Please make sure to cross out the old stickers on the original package before adding the Tally Weijl return label.

We can't offer refunds on pierced jewelry, underwear, swimwear or cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless if they are of unsatisfactory quality.

Items that were not bought on the online store cannot be returned or exchanged by post.

ONLINE RETURNS

  1. Click on Create Return.
  2. Enter the required information and click the LOOK UP ORDER button.
  3. Select the number of items you want to return and select a REASON FOR RETURN from the drop-down menu.
  4. Once you've selected the items to return and the reasons, click the CONFIRM RETURN button.
  5. You'll receive a return label by email within 24 hours, validated by our services. Please print the label and stick it onto the package you want to return. This is mandatory, as the delivery address needs to be clear and visible for your return to be processed and refunded properly.
  6. Take your parcel to the SwissPost Service and remember to get a proof of postage. Without this, no refund can be made in the event of your return getting lost. Once received, you'll be refunded through your original method of payment.

Please make sure all the old stickers on the package are covered.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN STORE

It's possible to exchange and return items as long as they're not excluded from the return conditions.

A list of all TW stores can be found here. Remember to take the products you wish to exchange or return with you, the invoice which you can also load on your mobile and all the documents that were included in your delivery package. Without these documents, the store is not able to accept returns or exchanges.

Online purchases can be brought back to the store, taking into account the following information. Refunds are processed in the form of a Gift Card. You can also exchange your articles. In case of an exchange or refund where the price difference doesn't exceed € 35, it will be paid out in cash. You can exchange by choosing an article from the store. If you don't want to use any of these options, you can return the articles by post, following the online return instructions mentioned above (All countries except DE). If you don't want to use any of these options, you can return the articles by post by using the included return label (DE).

For store purchases, or orders through Order in store (OIS): In this case, you can get your refund in the same way like you initially paid. You can also get the refund via a gift card or you simply exchange for another product. Order in Store articles however can only be refunded in the same store where the order has been initially placed. Please note that store purchases and orders in store you wont be able to return them via post since a bank wire is not possible.

ALL: Orders that have been paid by invoice can only be returned by post. Please follow the online return instructions mentioned above and use the TW generated return label to send back merchandise without shipping fees.

GERMANY: Orders that have been paid by invoice can only be returned by post. Returns in store are not possible. Please use the return label already included in your order.

Countries with different procedures:

IT: Returns are only possible by exchanging the purchased goods following the instructions above. Please note that sale items must be returned or exchanged by post if purchased online. In this case, the return costs are fully covered by TALLY WEiJL when using our TW return label. Gift vouchers with an amount of €15, €30 and €45 are available in exchange for your returned items. If this option is not of interest, you can return your purchase by post, following the instructions above. It is not possible to be refunded in cash.

REFUNDS

Online purchases sent back via post are automatically refunded once they reach our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund in made. The amount will be reimbursed on the same credit card or PayPal account you used to pay for the order. It generally takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank or PayPal.

Once again, you can also choose to visit our TALLY WEiJL stores and exchange your goods for another item or a Gift Card. Refunds in cash are only possible if the price or difference between the exchanged goods doesn't exceed € 35.

For orders purchased by invoice, via Byjuno/Klarna, the return in store isn't possible and can be done online only.

After returning the goods, please contact Byjuno/ Klarna to suspend the payment deadline, to avoid additional costs.

When returning your goods online, please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting. Without this, no refund can be made if your return gets lost.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept a wide range of payment types. Here they are:

- MasterCard debit and credit cards - Visa debit and credit cards - PayPal - Invoice payment (via Byjuno / CH) ( via Klarna / DE;AT)

Please mind that you cannot pay your Klarna / DE; AT /Byjuno / CH invoice in the stores.

TALLY WEiJL gift cards or gift vouchers are only accepted in your local TALLY WEiJL store and can't be used for online payment at the moment.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR ADD A PROMOTION CODE AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once you have placed and confirmed your order, it's no longer possible add further coupons or promotion codes.

All coupons or promotion codes must be added before the order is completed and confirmed. In case of mistakes or urgent requests, please contact our Customer Service.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE?

At the moment it is not possible to use more than one promotion code for your order. If you enter more than one code, then only the last one submitted will be applied to your order and the other one will be removed.

CAN I ORDER A TALLY WEiJL GIFT CARD ONLINE?

TALLY WEiJL gift cards aren't available online yet. You can buy them in your nearest store - click here to find out where it is.

RETURN NOTES

Return instructions for an online purchase.

General return conditions:

  • Your items must be returned with the barcode labels intact.
  • Articles that are returned worn, dirty or damaged won't be accepted.
  • Please note that Klarna / DE; AT /Byjuno / CH invoices can't be paid in stores.

  • Articles can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items purchased online and home delivered have must be returned by post.
  • The return is free of charge. A TALLY WEiJL return label is generated when you register the return online. (All countries except DE)
  • The return is free of charge: a TALLY WEiJL return label is included in your package. (DE)
  • Refunds are done according to the original payment method.

  • Returns in store allows either an exchange with other articles or a gift card. Delivery note (Check for DE in C&C Guide) and order confirmation must be provided. Differences up to €5 can be paid out in cash.

  • Order in Store and In-Store purchases cannot be returned via post. (Even if a return label is included in the package)
  • All OIS orders have to be returned in the store of purchase within 30 days after purchase.
  • Refund, exchange or giftcard are offered in store.
  • Please make sure you bring your original receipt, for any return.

WEiJL reserves the right to refuse any return sent, forwarded or brought back to stores past the return deadline, or items that are not in their original condition.

Refund for returns sent via post

Once our warehouse receives your package and controls the quality, the refund will automatically be processed. Please note that the delay for a refund is up to 30 days. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a notification by e-mail. The amount will be refunded a couple of days later on the same payment method used for the order.

Register a return online

To register a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please log out of your account or stay as a guest.
  2. Click on create a return.
  3. Enter the required information and click the "arrange return" button. Please enter your order number (with the 810..), your last name and e-mail address or zip code. Please go to Continue and press the button RETURN.
  4. Choose the number of articles you want to return and a reason from the list.
  5. Then click on "Confirm return".
  6. Within 24 hours, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by e-mail.
  7. Pack the articles in the original packaging and stick the return label (previously printed out) on the package.
  8. Bring the parcel to the DPD shipping service near you and keep the delivery receipt until the refund is processed. Without this, no refund can be made in case of a loss.

Please make sure any old stickers on the return package is illegible.

paid with an invoice by Klarna can only be returned by post. A return in the store is not possible.

GERMANY: The return is free of charge only if it's performed using the return label enclosed to the box.

Click&Collect Instructions 1-5

  1. Find the products you like and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. Open your shopping cart and select ''click & collect'' insead of ''home delivery'' in the check out window, to receive your order in your prefered store without delivery costs.
  3. Then click on ''select store'', select your prefered tally weijl store and continue by clicking on ''proceed to payment''.
  4. Select your prefered payment option and confirm with ''place order'' to receive your order confirmation by email.
  5. Once your order arrives in our store , you will be informed by e-mail. you can then pick up your order within 14 days.
