INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS ORDERED IN THE TALLY-WEIJL.COM ONLINE STORE

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT?

You can return items that you are not satisfied with in order to get a refund.

You can return the item to our warehouse by completing the online return request.

  • Exchanges are not possible online, only returns
  • For all your online orders, you have 14 days to return your products from the date of receipt.
  • Your items must be returned in their original packaging with the barcode labels intact.
  • The order form must be included in the package you return as proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be credited to your initial payment method and processed in the payment currency.
  • We do not refund earrings, underwear, swimwear or cosmetics if the hygiene cover has been removed, unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality.

In addition, you have the possibility to exchange items ordered online in some of our stores. You will find a list of these stores on our website under the heading "find a store". Be sure to bring all order documents and return the items to be exchanged with all original labels. Please note that you can exchange the ordered items within 14 days of receipt. There are two options when exchanging an item in a store: exchange for another item or refund of an item in the form of a Gift Card.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?

  1. To return a product, it is not necessary to be connected to the customer file.
  2. Click on Create a return.
  3. Enter the required information, and click on the SEARCH YOUR ORDER button.
  4. Select the quantity of items you wish to return and select a RETURN REASON from the drop-down list.
  5. Once you have selected the items to be returned and the reasons for the return, click on the CONFIRM RETURN button.
  6. You will receive by e-mail no later than the next business day, a return label to print and stick on the package containing the products you are returning.
  7. Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, glue the return slip of your shipping slip to your package, and insert the shipping slip into the package. Make sure there are no other barcode labels on the package.
  8. Place the package for shipment in a DPD ParcelShop (you can find the DPD relays under the following link: http://www.dpd.com). Ask your DPD relay for a receipt and keep the reference. If we did not receive your package, this reference would be essential to be able to refund you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once our warehouse receives your package, the refund will automatically take place after quality controls and documents received. Please note that the waiting period for a refund can be up to 30 days. When the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded a few days later on the same credit card or Paypal account you used when you paid.

Tally Weijl reserves the right to refuse any returns that are sent or forwarded after the return deadline, or items that are not in the condition in which they were received.
