DIVERSITY, INCLUSION & CODE OF ETHICS

At TALLY WEiJL, we embrace a culture of inclusivity where gender, age, origin, sexual orientation, and disability are respected and celebrated. The majority of our company are women, reflecting our commitment not only to create for women but to be driven by them.
Inspired by our founders' youthful drive, we value the fresh perspectives and ideas that young talent brings. We offer apprenticeships and internships to support their development because we believe in the promise of the next generation.
Our CODE OF ETHICS is a beacon of our integrity, mandating professional, ethical, and responsible behavior among all TALLY WEiJL employees, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors across our operations.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND TRACEABILITY

Our Supplier's Code of Conduct upholds international standards for fair labor and fundamental rights, demanding adherence from all suppliers. We firmly uphold this Code, insisting on full compliance through systematic audits and inspections. Long-standing partnerships, some exceeding a decade, testify to our collaborative commitment to these principles, grounded in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization's (ILO) standards.
Transparency and traceability are vital to usβ€”they help monitor and manage the social and environmental aspects of our supply chain. Collaborations with entities like the International Accord safeguards the welfare of the textile and garment industry workers in Bangladesh. Alongside Better Work, we strive to uplift textile industry conditions and boost sector competitiveness. We are committed on developing our Sustainability Report to keep updated our stakeholders on our Sustainability roadmap as a measure towards transparency.

INTERNATIONAL ACCORD

In May 2014, we've joined the Bangladesh Accord demonstrating our dedication to the comprehensive and independent inspection of garment factories in Bangladesh to enhance fire and building safety. Because this is an important matter to us, no factory in Bangladesh may manufacture TALLY WEiJL products without being listed in the Accord Active Factory list. The International Accord promotes a safe and healthy textile and ready-made garment industry.
