TALLY WEiJL was born out of a partnership between Tally Elfassi-Weijl and Beat Grüring that promoted equality. Ever since, equality is an integral and natural part of our company's values and is still exemplified by our two founders.
We love to work with young talents, cause our story all started with the determination and passion of two young people. We love to get inspired by fresh ideas, which is why we offer various apprenticeships and internships. The young generation is our future. We invest in them.
At this point, we’d also like to share with you the story of our Pakistani supplier, Rajby (https://www.rajby.com/). It's an outstanding leading example of an open-minded, modern employer, helping and integrating transgender people. So far, 75 transgender people are working in the factories of Rajby, which is revolutionary in the Pastikani industry. We are so proud to work with them!
