WHICH PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept a wide range of payment types. They are as follows:
CAN I ADD A PROMOTION CODE TO MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE CONFIRMED IT?
All the coupons or promotion codes must be entered in the system before the completion and confirmation of any order. Once you have placed and confirmed your order, unfortunately we cannot add an additional coupon or promotion code.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE?
At the moment you are unable to use more than one promotion code with your order. If you enter more than one code, then only the last one submitted will be the one applied to your order and the other ones will be removed.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER USING MY TALLY WEIJL GIFTCARD?
At the moment we are not able to process orders with TALLY WEiJL giftcards.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I‘VE CONFIRMED IT?
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, you’re not able to cancel the order anymore. In case of urgent requirements, please kindly immediately contact our Customer Service team.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER VIA TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately our Customer Service team is not able to place an order over the phone. Please place an order on our online-shop.
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, you’re not able to make any changes to the order anymore. In case of an urgent requirement, please kindly immediately contact our Customer Service team.
