Internship IT Support - Basel

Your tasks


  • Onsite or remote support for our Business users (1st & 2nd level - incidents and requests)
  • Prepare workspaces (computer, mobility devices) for Office users
  • Handle incident and request tickets. Escalate to higher level of expertise when needed.



  • Maintain standards: workspace image and associated software
  • Maintain and document the Knowledge Base articles
  • Train our Service Desk and organize the knowledge sharing
  • Manage the software and packages deployment solution (Landesk)
  • Maintain the standard image for central deployment
  • Test hardware, system and application. Benchmark vendors
  • Active participation in projects and meetings (Office 365, Citrix, Data permissions and Data classification, Digital Workspace, Collaboration and Agile Organisation)

Your Profile

  • IT passionate and new technologies (Workspace, mobility)
  • High customer orientation
  • Experience with Microsoft products , Mac IOS systems and Citrix environments
  • Experience with software distribution & packaging solutions such as LanDesk, SCCM, MDM
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is required. German highly appreciated
