INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS ORDERED IN THE TALLY-WEIJL.COM ONLINE STORE

How can I return the goods?

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, taking into account the following information.

Return conditions

  • For items to be returned, both the original packaging and all labels must be available. Articles worn, dirty or destroyed after receipt will not be accepted.
  • Free enclosed articles like accessories or similar gadgets do NOT have to be enclosed with the return!
  • Returns can be sent with the original carton, or also with another carton.
  • Items purchased outside the online store cannot be exchanged or returned this way.
  • Only if the consumer returns the goods via a specially created return label is the return free of charge.

How much does it cost to return the goods to Tally-Weijl?

The cost depends on the country of return. With the return label it is free after registering an online return.

Online registration of returns

To register a return, please follow the instructions below:
You do not need to have an account to complete the return or be logged in.

  1. Please log out of your account or stay as a guest.
  2. Click return.
  3. Enter the required information and click the "arrange return" button. Please enter your order number (with the 810..), your last name and e-mail address or zip code. Please go to Continue and press the button RETURN.
  4. Choose the number of articles you want and a reason for return from the menu.
  5. Then click on "Confirm return".
  6. A return label will be sent to you by e-mail after 24 hours from the date of registration of the return. Attention: This is a pre-franked label!
  7. Now pack the articles in the original packaging and stick the return label (previously printed out) on the package. This is necessary to identify your return.
  8. Now bring the parcel to the shipping service DPD near you and keep the delivery receipt until the credit note. Without this, no refund can be made in the event of loss. 

Please make all old stickers on the bag/package illegible/black.
Orders paid with invoice by Klarna can only be returned by post. A return in the store is not possible.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN IN THE STORE

It is possible to exchange or return the goods in the Click & Collect Stores provided for this purpose. You can find a list of all our available stores on our website www.tally-weijl.com under "Store Locator". Please note that the goods to be exchanged or returned as well as the order documents, packaging and the corresponding printed order confirmation message must be brought into the store. The return or exchange cannot be carried out on site without the aforementioned documents. The refund takes place by Giftcard or by money refund on your bank account. If you don't want to use any of these possibilities, you can send back articles, as described above, from home via the Postwerg.

Returns are free of charge.

Orders paid with an invoice can only be returned by post. A return in the store is not possible. Use the return label enclosed with the order.

How long does it take for a return to take place?

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods or delivering the goods to the store (C&C).

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made a few business days after the return is booked at our warehouse and will be made automatically a few business days after the return is booked at our warehouse. The refund will always be made for the payment method selected in the order within 14 days of the return booking. In the case of returns in shops, the amount due will be transferred to a voucher or paid out.

Tally Weijl reserves the right to refuse any returns that are sent or forwarded after the return deadline, or items that are not in the condition in which they were received.
