A super nice workout combined with fashionable accessories. Stretch elastic bands or gym ball are perfect items for training at home. Especially the exercises with bands will strengthen so many parts of your body.

Super-light stretching with yoga

An option for all lazy people who do not like to sweat too much :D. It only takes you 30 minutes to notice a difference in mood. We loooove this workout and running for a little stretch ourselves now.

Alternative: bicycle trip

If sports are giving you a heart attack, a bike ride might be the perfect option for you. Pack some water and fruits in your backpack, take your bff with you and head out for a short ride to a nearby park.

And if you truly hate exercises, we have a tip for you on how to turn this activity into a pleasure. Try to reward yourself for every workout you complete. It doesn’t have to be anything big…you have so many options. Treat your body with kindness, take care of it, and give yourself a small gift in the process.
