We know that there are days in the year when we are not in the best mood. You need to know that it is okay if you don’t feel okay. But you can also do something small for your well-being…something to get more endorphins in your body. We have for you the most delicious chocolate recipe that exists in the world. Vegan sweet potato brownie

1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup of cocoa
100g dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of coffee
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of chili (if you like it), or just cinnamon
1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of rice oil
1 and 1/3 cups of wheat flour
A pinch or two of baking soda
A dash of powdered sugar to sprinkle on the top

Step by step:

1) In a large bowl mix the sweet potato purée, cocoa, finely chopped chocolate, instant coffee, salt, chili or cinnamon

2) Pour boiling water into the mixture and swirl gently until the chocolate is melted

3) Then add the sugar and oil and mix again until smooth

4) Add flour and baking soda and mix well again. Put the prepared dough into the form with baking paper

5) Put in the oven for 20 minutes

6) At the end sprinkle with powdered sugar

Et voila! Finally, you can enjoy the yumminess!
