4 chocolate desserts for PMS


Chocolate pancakes


  • 120 g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 350 g vanilla cream cheese


Put the flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar and sugar into a bowl. Then add milk, eggs and mix to a smooth dough. Add melted butter and mix again. Spread the ready mixture on the heated pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Finished pancakes can be served with vanilla cheese cream.

Mini cupcakes


  • 250g flour
  • 3 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour
  • 80 ml of oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa


Whisk the egg yolks into one bowl and the egg whites into another bowl. Mix the 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar with egg whites and beat until stiff. While mixing add oil, milk, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Combine all ingredients together. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 C degrees.

Hot chocolate with wine


  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 glass of dry red wine
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup


Pour milk and wine into a pot, then add chocolate and sugar or maple syrup. Heat everything over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the ingredients are hot and the chocolate is melted. Keep heating for about 4 minutes.

Strawberries in chocolate (for super lazy ones :D)


  • Fresh strawberries
  • Milk or dark chocolate

All you have to do is get fresh strawberries and chocolate. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under water, and melt the chocolate along with the butter in a small saucepan. Et voila! You can start savoring while watching your favorite series on Netflix.
