PAPER BAG

Due to the conversion of charged paper bags in the stores in Switzerland we have reduced the consumption in carrier bags in half!

This means that only every second customer now takes a paper bag along.

After three months we were able to emit less than 26 tons of CO2 with the decrease in paper production, so we made a huge contribution to the protection of the environment.

26 tons of C02 correspond to the fumes of a car, which would circumnavigate the world for five times!

In these three months we have accumulate the incredible amount of 25’000 Swiss francs for the AIDS aid Switzerland. The money will now flow into projects for youth prevention.

Tally WEiJL will continue this project in Switzerland.
